On December 31, 2014, TBS was pleased to welcome the 21 millionth pair of shoes to be produced in Factory 1, Binh Duong province. This was a proud achievement of TBS staff in general and the leather shoe sector in particular.

Throughout 25 years of operation, TBS’s shoe production sector has achieved great results thanks to its large-scale production capacity and reliable product quality. With a product strategy focused on casual shoes and sports shoes, TBS has been firmly established among famous brands in the world, such as Skechers, Wolverine, and Decathlon. Currently, TBS is known as one of the leading units in the leather footwear industry in Vietnam, and owns a system of many factories throughout the country with the largest production capacity in Vietnam.

A representative from TBS said, “2014 was really a difficult and challenging year for TBS. However, with the aspiration, the determination and the spirit of unceasing innovation of a strong team and strategic foresight of the leaders, TBS has tried and produced 21 millionth pair of shoes. This is a remarkable and proud achievement for TBS. In particular, with the challenge of preparing for the  (now-cancelled) Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), TBS will face many big challenges competing with many international companies and corporations. This is also a great opportunity to bring the country’s industry to the world’s playing field, bring Vietnam to the world – while also bringing the world to Vietnam – and carry out an important mission of the Group which is to have TBS deepen the global value chain.”

From now to 2020, TBS plans to expand its production to 39 million pairs of shoes annually. Also, in order to become an international shoe brand, TBS is constantly changing and improving in management and technology to bring diversified products, competitive prices, and the best services.
